Terms of Service - ATLAS FX

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ATLAS FX platform, website, API, and Expert Advisor software (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Service Description

ATLAS FX provides automated trading signal generation and delivery for forex and gold (XAUUSD) markets. Signals are delivered via API to our proprietary Expert Advisor software installed on your MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 platform. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade.

3. User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree not to share, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, including signals, API responses, or Expert Advisor software. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made on your account.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. API Key Usage

Each subscription includes a limited number of API keys as specified in your plan. API keys are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are shared, abused, or used in violation of these terms. Rate limits apply to all API endpoints, and excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

ATLAS FX is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. We provide trading signals as an informational service. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed signals, technical failures, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Trading forex and CFDs carries substantial risk of loss, and you should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service and all associated API keys will be immediately revoked. Any remaining subscription period is forfeited upon termination for cause.
