Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ATLAS FX Signals platform and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YellowParadox.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ATLAS FX Signals provides quantitative forex trading signals and analysis across multiple currency pairs and instruments. The Service includes signal generation, API access, an Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, a Telegram Signal Connector, and a web-based dashboard.

3. No Investment Advice

The Service provides:

  • Quantitative trading signals generated by algorithmic strategies
  • General market analysis and statistical data
  • Tools for automated trade execution via Expert Advisors

The Service does not provide:

  • Personalised investment advice
  • Financial planning or advisory services
  • Guaranteed trading outcomes or returns
  • Tax, legal, or accounting advice

You should not treat any content provided by the Service as a substitute for independent financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors
  • You may lose more than your initial deposit due to leverage
  • Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results
  • You are solely responsible for any trading decisions made using our signals

5. Account and Subscription

To access the Service, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

6. API Tokens and Usage

  • API tokens are for personal use only and must not be shared, sold, or distributed
  • Each token is bound to one trading account at a time; use "Unbind" to switch accounts
  • You may have up to 2 active API tokens per subscription
  • Misuse of tokens, including redistribution of signals, may result in immediate account termination without refund

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATLAS FX Signals and YellowParadox shall not be liable for:

  • Any trading losses incurred through use of the Service
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific trading results or profitability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms or any applicable law
  • Share, resell, or redistribute signals or API tokens
  • Engage in abusive behaviour toward our systems or staff

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, strategies, and trademarks associated with ATLAS FX Signals are the exclusive property of YellowParadox. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

12. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the proper operation of the Service, or to use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YellowParadox, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, wars, terrorism, pandemics, internet outages, power failures, broker system failures, or changes in applicable law or regulation.

During a force majeure event, our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the event. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you and resume the Service as soon as practicable. No refunds or credits will be issued for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
